Billboard America seeks to amplify the voices of local artists, and harness the power of creative expression to spread the message of Hope: Unity, Balance, Empowerment, Peace. Our project utilizes the ample advertising spaces across the country to facilitate artists to share their work, engage with the public, and drive awareness of hope. Through a directed community art project and empowerment into local display spaces, we aim to inspire positive change through the collective power of art.

Objectives:

1. Use art as a tool for spreading awareness and inspiring action around the message of Hope: Unity, Balance, Empowerment, Peace.
2. Inspire community through our message, and publish community-building tips for open access.
3. Establish partnerships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to expand the reach of our message.
4. Provide local artists with resources, grants, and opportunities to create and exhibit their work.
5. Foster an inclusive, supportive environment where diverse voices and community building are celebrated.

Approach:

Our project takes a hands-on, community-focused approach, encouraging artists from all walks of life to share the Billboard America message through their artistic perspective. By empowering artists into local spaces such as billboards, mural projects, and other public installations, we provide local artists with the opportunity to directly engage with the community. Each piece of art created under Billboard America serves as a conversation starter; sparking dialogue around coming together, integrating differences and ideas, and collaborating to create more inclusive and resilient communities. 

We believe that through the arts, we can remind each other of our common humanity.
